Cookie Policy

The cookies Asasi sets and how to control them.

Effective May 12, 2026

Asasi uses cookies and similar technologies sparingly. Essential cookies run by default. Analytics cookies only run after you accept the banner. We don’t use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

01 · Essential cookies

Essential cookies

Always on. The product can’t function without them. We don’t ask for consent because GDPR doesn’t require it for strictly necessary processing.

  • sb-access-token— Supabase auth session. Expires when you sign out.
  • sb-refresh-token— refreshes your auth session silently. HttpOnly, Secure.
  • NEXT_LOCALE— remembers your language preference.
  • theme— remembers light vs dark mode.
  • asasi-cookie-consent— remembers your choice on the consent banner so we don’t show it again.
02 · Analytics cookies (opt-in)

Analytics cookies (opt-in)

Only set if you click Accept on the cookie banner. Used to understand which features matter and where users get stuck.

  • ph_*(PostHog) — anonymised session and event tracking. Hosted in the EU for EU customers.

You can revoke consent at any time from your account settings.

03 · What we don't use

What we don't use

No Google Ads tags, no Facebook Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no third-party ad networks. No cross-site tracking. No device fingerprinting.

04 · How to control cookies

How to control cookies

Three ways:

  • Click Declineon the consent banner — only essential cookies will be set.
  • From your account settings, revoke analytics consent at any time.
  • Browser settings — you can clear or block cookies entirely. Note: blocking essential cookies will break authentication.
05 · Updates to this policy
