Terms of Service

Asasi generates business foundations — brand identity, business plan, legal scaffolding, financial model, marketing system, deployed landing site — from a short intake about your business. The generation uses large language models from Anthropic.

Asasi is a tool, not a licensed professional. Outputs are starting drafts written for a generic business of your stated type and stage. For legal, financial, or medical decisions that depend on your jurisdiction, have a qualified professional review the relevant output before acting on it.

You need an account to use Asasi. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account.

Don’t share your account with people who aren’t on your billing plan. Studio and Enterprise tiers include explicit team seats.

You must be at least 18 to use Asasi.

You own the outputs. Everything Asasi generates for your business — copy, design tokens, generated HTML, deployed site code — is yours to use, modify, sell, and republish. Asasi retains no ownership over your generated outputs.

We own the platform. The Asasi software itself — the workspace UI, the generation engine, the prompts, the brand of Asasi — remains our property. You don’t get a license to redistribute the platform itself.

You grant Asasi a limited, revocable licence to store your intake answers and generated outputs so we can show them to you, regenerate them, and export them. We never sell your data and never train models on it.

Paid plans are charged monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Annual plans are refundable on a pro-rated basis within 30 days of the most recent renewal. Monthly plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled immediately.

Generation consumes paid resources. If you exceed your plan’s generation caps, the workspace will surface an upgrade prompt rather than fail silently.

You may not use Asasi to:

• Generate content that promotes illegal activity, harm, or fraud.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Resell raw generations as your own SaaS product.
• Run automated scraping or bulk-harvesting of public workspaces.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the rate limits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service in ways that harm other customers.

Asasi aims for 99% uptime, but we don’t guarantee it. We rely on third parties — Anthropic for AI generation, Supabase for data storage, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for billing. When they go down, we go down.

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Asasi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes are announced by email to your account address at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Asasi is incorporated. Disputes are resolved first by good-faith negotiation between the parties; failing that, by the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
